ABOUT EVENT DAY!
WEATHER : Some clouds in the morning will give way to mainly sunny skies for the afternoon. High around 90F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph! Please wear a hat, bring sunscreen and clear water bottle (there is a faucet for refills)!
Seating: There 20 or 30 picnic tables under the picnic shelter in the Tribute Stage Area available first-come, first-served. Please note that the picnic area generally provides little to no shade (the shelter is there to protect against rain. For information on bringing chairs and shade, see below!

BICYCLES

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

A small lawn chair (no high backs), or blanket.

One CLEAR water bottle per person (can be refilled at the water faucets in the Tribute Stage area. Food Truck Vendors have bottled water for sale.

Small popup tents or umbrellas are allowed but must be setup so as not to obstruct the view of others (behind those without tents).

Bring cash or credit card to purchase Drink Tickets and/or pay Food Truck and Craft Vendors.

You can pre-purchase Adult Beverage Drink Tickets from our Website in advance, or at the event via Credit Card / Apple Pay. We recommend purchasing in advance of the event at www.ExperienceTheFusion.com

A small, clear hand held Clutch (ladies) or bag to hold your ID, cash, credit cards and other items.

Snacks you can carry on your person.
WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING

No large purses, bags or backpacks. Small to medium clear bags are allowed.

No Pets other than well-behaved Certified Service Dogs. Any Service Dog that is not well behaved will not be allowed at the event.

No ice chests or food.

No adult alcoholic beverages are allowed - this is strictly enforced.
